Ham Glaze
(For whole ham; cut recipe in half for smaller
piece)
1 C red jelly, e.g., spicy rosemary or sage
cranberry
1-4 Tablespoons horseradish
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Combine ingredients with fork and
heat to melt jelly, Score ham. Glaze during last
half hour of cooking time.
