1. Attended the following Town meetings: Town Council – November 2, 2009 Mayor’s Staff meeting – November 18, 2009 Planning Commission – November 30, 2009

2. Attended Catoctin Forest Alliance meeting on November 12, 2009.

3. Responded to inquiries from potential land developers, provided maps and site information.

4. Prepared final version of 2009 Comprehensive Plan text for website.

5. Conferred with Maryland Dept. of Planning relative to their needs for copies of the Comp Plan. They need hard copies for their archives and will either link to our website or put our plan on theirs.

6. Provided information and maps re the Emmitsburg Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to TetraTech, Inc., subcontractor for Environmental Protection Agency, for Chesapeake Bay Total Maximum Daily Load (TMDL) project.

7. Worked with Maryland Rural Water staff to produce environmental assessment for WWTP upgrade funding application.

8. Revised/created permit forms. Provided zoning permit forms for town website.

9. Met with Dewberry staff, County representatives, and Dave Haller re Emergency Preparedness Plan.
